Began as a Repair Technician and advanced to Lighting Department Manager at Solomon Group in New Orleans, LA. Managed pre-production and on-site lighting for multimillion-dollar events, ranging from corporate conferences to weddings and large-scale festivals. Responsibilities included overseeing inventory, repairs, scheduling, orders, rentals, and team training. On-site duties covered all aspects of event production, including load-ins, programming, operation, and load-outs.
